1. Digital Product Refund Conditions
Because Media Accelerator is a downloadable, non-tangible digital software product with full source code access, refunds are evaluated based on the following fair conditions:
- Technical Malfunction / Incompatibility: If the software add-on is verified to be defective, causes fatal errors on your supported ChatPion installation, or fails to perform as described, and our technical support team is unable to fix the issue within 7 days of your request.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you were accidentally billed more than once for the same transaction, a full refund for the duplicate charge will be processed immediately upon notification.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:
- "Change of mind" or purchasing by mistake after downloading the software package and receiving the purchase code.
- Incompatibility arising from unauthorized modifications to the core software code or third-party server environments that do not meet minimum ChatPion PHP requirements.
- Refusal to provide necessary error logs or cooperate with our technical support team to diagnose the reported issue.
3. Cancellation Policy
Media Accelerator for ChatPion is sold as a one-time lifetime payment license with no recurring monthly subscriptions. Therefore, there are no ongoing recurring billing charges to cancel. Once purchased, your license remains active for life.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with the following details:

- A detailed description and screenshot of the technical issue encountered.

5. Processing Time
